Lionel Ancelet is a Bilingual Consultant, Trainer, and Professional Coach.
He enjoyed an 18-year international career in high-tech companies, in France and in the USA. He held management positions in marketing, project management, consulting and communication. He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lille (1984).
Convinced of the importance of the human factor early in his career, he enriched his field experience with training in management, interpersonal communication, cross-cultural interactions, narrative practices, and coaching. He expanded his training by studying related topics such as transactional analysis, conflict resolution, skills assessment, personality types, and creativity tools. He now leads his own freelance consulting, training, and coaching activity.
His expertise in interpersonal communication spans public speaking, visual aid creation, writing, as well as business and life coaching. As a bicultural coach, he works with individuals who want to make the right decisions to bring about positive change in their lives.
Lionel enjoys reading and listening to music. He also likes to write short stories. He is married, has two daughters, and lives in Chambourcy, outside Paris, France.
